By downloading, installing, or using BodyFuture ("App," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users, including guests, registered users, and subscribers.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App in any way, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years of age.
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of the Service

BodyFuture is a fitness and body-transformation application that provides:

• Body dashboard — daily calorie tracking, step counting, active and resting energy monitoring, and nutritional goal management.
• Journey tracking — creation and management of before/after body-transformation journeys with user-submitted photographs.
• AI Vision (BodyFuture AI) — an AI-powered feature that generates a visualized "after" image based on a photograph you submit, processed via our secure cloud infrastructure. This is a creative visualization tool and does not constitute medical or fitness advice.
• AI Food Recognition — identification of food items and estimated nutritional data from photographs taken with your device camera, processed via our secure cloud infrastructure.
• Meal tracking — food search, manual meal logging, and macronutrient tracking.
• Activity sync — integration with Apple Health to read and display workout, step, and calorie data.
• Insights and analytics — charts and summaries of your biometric and activity trends over time.

3. Account Registration and Guest Mode

You may use the App as a guest (anonymous session) without creating an account, or sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.
